Al G. Dyck

Al has 30 years of experience building, renovating, buying and selling homes in the White Rock South Surrey area. He is honest, hard-working, and trustworthy. Al has the skills and experience to deliver the results you want.
General Manager, Insurance Expert
Kathy has been an Insurance Professional for 28 years., and she oversees all four of the Above All Contracting construction and real estate companies and manages the administration, forms and contracts, and human resources.
Kathy has built long-standing relationships with subcontractors and works directly with insurance companies and the real estate board, taking care of all the paperwork and details for our clients.
Sean Dyck brings muscle to the job and manages demolition and debris cleanup. Sean is experienced in the care of municipal parks and landscaping and currently works for the City of Delta in Public Works.
Sean recently received his Red Seal Certification in Harmonized Horticulture which includes hardscape and softscape.
Project Manager, Carpenter
Art has been developing his carpentry skills for over 30+ years and brings specialty. Art was formally educated at BCIT in Construction Management.
He loves motorbiking and hanging with his grandson.
Project Manager, Drywall Steed Stud Expert
Rick specializes in Commercial Work and oversees business remodeling and maintenance jobs. Rick built his own successful drywall company and decided to partner with us. He loves gardening, and time with his wife, Cherie, his two daughters, and his dog Cooper.
Project Manager, Concrete Specialist and Carpenter
A carpenter by trade, Ryan is an expert doing high-rise and apartment core. Ryan oversees our exterior renovation and building projects. He specializes in jobs with decks, retaining walls, and landscaping.
Ryan is a newlywed!. He loves riding his Harley and visiting the family home on Harrison Lake.
Darlene's love of design led to her starting her own business and working with Above All Contracting.
Darlene is a long time resident of White Rock, and raised her three children here.
Darlene is an avid hiker, loves the outdoors, and camping, and would love to hike the west coast trail.
Project Manager, Structural Carpenter
Kevin started off doing drywall and steel studs. Kevin is an expert Structural Carpenter, involved in many of our Commercial Projects
Kevin is active as a hockey player and he fronts Lawless, a country rock band. His favorite pastime is spending time with his wife Shelly.
Jackie lives in South Surrey with her family and has worked at Above All Contracting for five years.
Jackie takes care of all our invoicing accounts receivable and payable and keeps all our records organized.
Has provided accounting services to our companies since 2004. Terry loves spending time with her grandchildren, enjoys Island life, including boating.
Real Estate Agent, Assistant
Bryden has been assisting our team with preparing houses for renovations. A licensed Agent, Bryden is able to provide expert support for our Real Estate clients.
Social Media Director
Dione manages our social media accounts and special marketing projects for Above All Contracting and our Real Estate business.
