Above All Contracting has proudly served the Lower Mainland for 25 years and plans to continue this commitment for the next 25 years and beyond. The company's journey began with the renovation of their own home, leveraging Al's construction expertise to transform their living space. From this experience, Above All Contracting was founded with a mission to showcase possibilities in home improvement and enrich the lives of others.

The company takes joy in assisting a diverse clientele, including seniors seeking upgrades or downsizing for enhanced accessibility, and young couples sharing spaces. The fulfillment lies in making homes truly livable and creating income sources for clients.

General Contractor, Personal Real Estate Corporation

Al is a licenced Realtor since 2013. This compliments his experience of 30 years as a Contractor Building, renovating, buying and selling homes in the White Rock and South Surrey area. He is honest, hard-working and strives to insure everyone is happy from our clients to our Team.


Al has the skills and experience to deliver the results you want. We’re proud of all the projects we’ve completed within our community and within all areas of the Lower Mainland throughout the years, and the benefits and services we offer our clients and partners.

Kathy Dyck

Kathy has worked alongside Al partnering to build Above All Contracting and Real Estate to

what it is today. Kathy helps manage & oversee all of the Above All Contracting construction and Real estate companies. Herself and Jackie work together in the office managing the everyday needs making sure everything runs smoothly.

Kathy’s career included 31 years in the Insurance industry which has provided great insight and experience in everyday business dealings. Now Kathy has added being an unlicensed Real Estate Assistant, working alongside Al doing the behind-the-scenes paperwork that this entails. Kathy is continually educating herself in Real Estate on a regular basis as the industry grows, evolves and is ever changing.


Sean Dyck
Red Seal Horticulturist/Real Estate apprentice

Sean is currently studying for his real estate licence to join our ever-growing team. Sean has contributed to AACG over the years and learning the construction side of the business. After graduation, Sean received his Red Seal in Harmonized Horticulture with 6 years of landscape experience working throughout the Cities of WR and Delta.


Sean has now added hardscape experience working alongside and helping run the road work asphalt crew with the City of Delta, as well as getting his Class3 licence for driving the dump and snow removal trucks.


Project Manager, Carpenter

Art has been developing his carpentry skills for over 30+ years and brings specialty.  Art was formally educated at BCIT in Construction Management.

He loves motorbiking and hanging with his grandson.


Project Manager, Drywall Steed Stud Expert

Rick specializes in Commercial Work and oversees business remodeling and maintenance jobs. Rick built his own successful drywall company and decided to partner with us. He loves gardening, and time with his wife, Cherie, his two daughters, and his dog Cooper.

Kevin Amyot
Project Manager, Estimatator

Kevin is educated in Construction Management and Estimating. Kevin is a Red Seal carpenter with expertise in commercial projects. He brings in the technical part of the job to the team. His project management expertise makes sure your project is on time and on budget.


Kevin helps meet our customers, bring together budgets and gets the project going to insure the right person is on the right project throughout the entire process. Kevin has a love of music and is the front man for his band, Lawless. He is an avid hockey player and his favorite pastime is to be with his family.


Interior Designer/
Davenport Interiors

Darlene’s love of design led to her starting her own business and working alongside Above All Contracting. Darlene is an integral part of this first steps of any project. Her experience helps our clients navigate their wishes come to life. Darlene has an amazing sense of style knowing the latest and greatest. Her bubbly sense of humor with her style makes her a great attribute for our clients. 


Her technical ability in her drawings help to insure that her design fits in the space so the construction meets the vision.  Darlene is a long time resident of White Rock, raising her 3 children here. She is an avid hiker, loves the outdoors, and has The West Coast Trail on her bucket list.



Terry has worked in the Accounting field for her whole career. She manages all of the Corporate and Yearend dealings for Above All Contracting and the Real Estate businesses. Terry loves the Island life sharing it with her hubby and her fur baby Bailey.

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Jackie is formally educated in Bookkeeping, Income Tax preparation and is an expert in accounting software. Jackie takes care of our world in the office Including all the AR, AP, invoicing and responsibilities that go along with it. Jackie lives in the South Surrey with her family and her two fur babies, Bella & Oscar. Jackie has been apart of the Above All Contracting team for 6 years. 


Real Estate Agent, Assistant

Bryden has been assisting our team with preparing houses for renovations.  A licensed Agent, Bryden is able to provide expert support for our Real Estate clients.

Dione manages our social media accounts and special marketing projects for Above All Contracting and our Real Estate business.

3 - Proposal. We will provide you with a proposal including the scope of work, project timeline and budget.
